Registration
You can present your ticket either printed or shown on any electronic gadget.
Bus to the event
Buses will start at 9:00 a.m. from the observation wheel.
Overnight at the hotel
We will book a hotel close to the event two days in advance.
Catering
There will be food and beverage outlets on-site where you can purchase food and drinks. There will also be a coffee break (tea/coffee, snacks) and free treats during the party.
Internet .
There is WIFI on site. Mobile internet is available everywhere.
Ticket Refunds/Exchanges
Until December 01, you can get a full refund or transfer and change the name on your badge.
- Refund requests submitted after December 01 are invalid.
- Refund fee is paid by the purchaser (5-10%)
